New Coating for Cutting Clay
We have improved the blades of our clay handle extruders
Our extruders already featured high-quality 316 stainless steel blades. Now we are taking them one step further by adding a specific anti-wear and anti-corrosion coating, developed for working with clay.
This new copper-coloured treatment allows the blades to cut more efficiently and maintain their edge for longer, even when repeatedly cutting clay blocks.
After testing different formulas, we have found a protection especially designed for this specific use. We are the first to apply this type of exclusive, clay-specific coating, with the aim of extending the life of the cutting edge and improving the cutting experience.

The Usual Problem When Cutting Clay
In practice, clay is not really a “soft” material: it can be abrasive, contain grog, have varying moisture levels, stick to the blade, or require repeated pressure. This coating greatly improves each of these points.
-Suitable for all types of clay.
-Easy to clean with water.
-Cleaner cut.
