Glazing Tongs. 'Scissors' model

Of our three pottery glazing tongs, the “Scissors” model is intended for medium-sized pieces (roughly: “Pincer” for smaller items, “Whale” for larger ones).

Four-prong tongs for fingerprint-free glazing
The jaws feature two tips per side (4 points total) for a secure grip during dipping or immersion, helping avoid fingerprints (only minimal contact points remain). The scissor-style loop handles distribute pressure, provide better hand rest during long sessions, and improve control for a firmer, more comfortable hold.

Materials & Anti-Corrosion Finish
These glazing tongs are made from 304 stainless steel and feature a white, oven-cured powder-coat for extra corrosion protection. Because fingerprint-free glazing tongs are constantly in contact with liquids, we prioritized durability so they’ll resist rust for years.

They include a jute pouch for convenient storage in the studio.
